Something in the air. Meet us at Moonraker for Tsukimi Nights, a centuries-old Japanese tradition referring to the act of admiring the moon during the early autumn nights. Celebrate with a special sake toast in the elevator on your way up and stay for rooftop telescope viewing with a local astronomer alongside lunar-inspired cocktails and small bites.

Moonraker welcomes the season ahead with the weekend Suntory Daytime Social, featuring DJs spinning seasonal soundtracks blending Japanese City Pop, Nu-Disco, and Chill Jazz Funk alongside tableside kakigori, a Japanese shaved iced, spiked with Suntory Japanese spirits, specialty sushi and more. Walk-ins welcome.

Meet us at Moonraker for a weekday social hour serving up our signature Tokyo Fried Chicken paired with a cold, crisp bottle of champagne, alongside a stunning setting in the heart of The Wharf. Walk-ins welcome.

Pendry’s twist on afternoon tea – sip on tea-based cocktails paired alongside a creative take on the classic tea menu with sweet and savory selections.

Meet us at our rooftop hideaway for an intimate sushi making class led by Moonraker’s very own, Chef Marcia Lozada. Guests will be welcomed with sake to start, then will be guided through the step-by-step process of making a Spicy Salmon Roll, Veggie Roll, and Sunonomo, Japanese Cucumber Salad. The class will conclude on a sweet note with instruction on how to put the finishing touches on Moonraker’s famed Profiteroles.

Guests of all ages are invited to write a heartfelt letter to Santa. Cards are available at check-in and collected by our Concierge team for delivery straight to the North Pole via our signature mailbox.

Join us for Sunday morning favorites on December 14 for our annual holiday brunch buffet featuring PJ attire only, build-your-own waffles, a hot cocoa bar for the littles ones, bottomless brunch cocktails for the not-so-little ones and the option to enhance your experience with gingerbread making kits for the whole family to enjoy.

We’re counting down to the year ahead with a Shinnenkai Soiree, or Japanese-Inspired New Year’s Gathering, at Moonraker where our stunning rooftop setting ushers in 2026 with your choice of open bar selections, Japanese-inspired cocktails, hand-rolled sushi and late-night bites, Japanese instrumentals and DJ, and a champagne toast countdown at midnight.
