Meet us at our rooftop hideaway for an intimate sushi making class led by Moonraker’s very own, Chef Marcia Lozada. Guests will be welcomed with sake to start, then will be guided through the step-by-step process of making a Tuna Roll, Veggie Roll and Gyoza. The class will conclude on a sweet note with instruction on how to put the finishing touches on Moonraker’s famed Profiteroles. 21+ event, reservations required.
