Join us for a fall-inspired workshop at The Cooking School this month where we’ve set our sights on our favorite local and seasonal ingredients, flavors and dishes with chef-led classes for every level set in our bustling and beautiful Somerset County kitchen.

Celebrate the spirit of the season with festive face painting and a family-friendly Halloween classic on the big screen. Enjoy a specialty popcorn bar with seasonal toppings and treats, and settle in for a night of laughter, a touch of magic, and spooky-fun memories for all ages.

October 17 | 6:00pm

Join us for an autumn evening of refined indulgence. Savor a guided tasting of six distinguished ciders from Burnt Mills Cider, each crafted with the bounty of New Jersey orchards and artfully paired with a chef-curated tapas menu designed to highlight the season’s flavors.

Mark your calendar. A celebrated Somerset County tradition, this annual day of steeplechase racing is New Jersey’s premier social and charity event. For over a century, this annual gathering blends world-class sport, timeless style, and community spirit, all in support of regional healthcare organizations.

Celebrate the season with a playful adventure across Pendry Natirar. Pick up your scavenger hunt map from our Guest Services team and set out to discover five festive stops throughout the property. Collect stamps, learn fun Halloween facts along the way, and return for a special prize. A spirited experience for all ages, available throughout October.

Celebrate the season at The Farm at Natirar with a hands-on harvest experience. Stroll through our pumpkin patch to select your perfect pumpkin, and enjoy a creative painting session. A seasonal keepsake to take home, and a memory to carry through autumn.

Add a meaningful celebratory note to your Thanksgiving this year with an evening at Natirar for our inaugural Chefsgiving holiday dinner, featuring the culinary talents of our leading chefs. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Somerset County Food Bank. Reservations are required.

Where our table is yours. Join us this Thanksgiving for a special holiday meal with friends and family, crafted to perfection by our Ninety Acres culinary team. Enjoy a pre-fixe menu with elevated holiday favorites so you can spend the day focusing on what matters most. Reservations are required.

November 27 | 9:00am – 12:00pm

This holiday season, let Pendry Natirar bring the celebration to your table. Our culinary team presents a complete Thanksgiving feast, where timeless classics are elevated with seasonal touches. From perfectly roasted turkey to exquisite pies from our pastry kitchen, every detail is crafted for you to gather with loved ones, give thanks and savor the moment. The last date to place an order is November 21.

Celebrate the season with a hands-on workshop in our greenhouse. Craft wreaths or festive centerpieces using evergreens, dried florals, herbs and farm-grown elements. Infused with the scents and textures of winter, each creation brings the elegance and spirit of the holidays from Natirar into your home.

December 1 – 24 | Guest Services

Guests of all ages are invited to write a heartfelt letter to Santa. Supplies are available at check-in and collected by our Guest Services team for delivery to the North Pole via our signature mailbox.

November 28 – January 3 | Fridays & Saturdays

Celebrate the season with Pendry’s festive take on afternoon tea. Sip spirited tea-inspired cocktails infused with holiday flair, paired with an assortment of sweet and savory bites. A merry and modern twist on tradition, designed for gathering and indulging during the most joyful time of year. Reservations are required.

December 6 | 5:00pm – 7:00pm

Merry and bright, countryside style. Pendry Natirar invites you to usher in the holiday season with a festive evening highlighted by our tree lighting ceremony on The Mansion Drive. Enjoy hot cocoa and seasonal pastries as Victorian carolers fill the air with timeless holiday songs. Extend the celebration with dinner at Ladd’s Tavern or Ninety Acres or keep the evening aglow with cocktails and bites in The Great Room.

December 14 – 22 | 6:00pm

Join us each evening as we celebrate the Festival of Lights with the ceremonial lighting of the menorah in The Great Room. Guests are invited to enjoy a complimentary mocktail from Ladd’s Tavern, with a unique creation offered each night in honor of the season. Continue the celebration with dinner at Ladd’s Tavern or Ninety Acres. Hours of operation vary.
